- Initiates and actively participates to intern and graduate recruitment programmes ensuring timeframes and budgets are respected.
- Centralizes the recruitments needs from all Service Lines of the company and identifies the best sourcing channels for each request.
- Develops advertisements in order to promote the employer’s image and to attract the best applicants.
- Works with the selected recruitment agencies, facilitates the communication between the Hiring Managers and the external agencies to ensure the recruitment of the right professionals.
- Develops the primary selection on the application forms and depending on the complexity of the job, interviews and gives recommendations on the selected candidates to the Hiring Managers.
- Works closely with the HR team in respect to exchanging and promoting ideas around employee engagement and retention.
- Contributes to required HR reporting including gathering and analysing applicable data (i.e. exit interview, turnover, activity reports).
- Experience in a multinational working environment on same position of minimum 4-5 years
- Knowledge of relevant legislation relating to advertising and recruitment.
- Proven active listening.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and work well with others in accomplishing objectives.
- Able to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- English – advanced level (business English).
