Closely with the SG Private Banking Switzerland entity, your accountability will be to ensure and maintain the quality of production of accounting and these reports :
Accounting Job: the candidate will master the accounting process below (and tools part “IT/Office applications” page 6) :
Daily tasks :
Financial accounting data control
Accounts follow-up (interbank suspens, liaison & sensitive account,reconciliation)
Monthly tasks :
Preparation and organization of accounts closing
Validation, recording and control of manual entries (retrocession UCITS,
Life Insurance, Hedge Fund, and others adjustments & provisions)
Checks on accounting data (first level on data overflow, balance and
off-balance sheet accounts)
Launch and validation of closing treatments recording (Reevaluation of
foreign currencies exposure)
Recording of manual entries of norm gaps between local / IAS GAAP
and differed taxes ("Parent company" GAAP)
Quarterly and semi-annual :
Help to prepare the standards reports ("Parent company" GAAP, Swiss
GAAP and IFRS)
Project Job:
The candidate will has already work on:
Specification or expression of requirement
Running and analysis Tests
Recording the results (anomalies analysis and corrections)
Nice to have workedon the result management, reporting group and prudential report.
A training will be delivered in the following areas:
Organisation of Societe Generale Group
Financial & Accounting IT systems
Swiss GAAP accounting rules (and IFRS, following the tasks requirement)
Swiss GAAP taxation rules (and IFRS, following the tasks requirement)
Dedicated training sessions will be organized depending on the specificities of the entities
