Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant to oversee all accounting transactions of overseas operations.
Responsabilities:
Works in close relationship with on-site bookkeeping assistants, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data.
Based on cost accounting data calculates shares of revenues/costs attributable to branch operations.
Maintains a working relationship with all business partners (suppliers, banks) of the branches/subsidiaries.
Performs all necessary accounting entries and provides monthly reports with respect to the activity of branches.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of Accounting experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
English language proficiency: advanced
Working knowledge of Microsoft NAV
Italian language proficiency: intermediate
Hands-on operator, someone who will address the issues that surface on a daily basis
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, someone who can communicate with team members and can clearly articulate complex concepts, ideas and processes
Excellent telephone skills, someone who can record accurate and detailed messages
Dedicated, driven, energetic, resourceful, and committed person who operates effectively with minimum guidance
Takes appropriate initiative and is capable of handling increasing amounts of responsibility
Ability to prioritize, multi task and meet deadlines
