On behalf of our client, a dynamic provider of technology products and services, we are looking to recruit Senior Account Managers to join their team and focus on developing key accounts in the Utilities and Public sectors.
Reporting to the respective Business Unit Manager, the roles will be instrumental to the growth of the business, so the successful candidates will need to have the skills to find, develop, orchestrate, manage and close major deals within utilities and public sectors.
The successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage account acquisition (is responsible to identify market opportunities and develop an account plan; manages the existing accounts, by maintaining an active contact);
- Oversee participation to tenders/ preparation of commercial offers;
- Manage legal work (works closely with the Legal Advisers to prepare the contracts or addendum to contracts for the accounts managed; manages / mediates review of legal documents);
- Participate to presentations (prepares the presentations/demo for potential customers, participates in the presentations and liaises with the Department Managers to ensure the availability of the technical staff, if necessary; participates to seminars/ symposiums/ conferences organized by the company or other parties);
- Follow-up on contracts execution;
- Promote the company’s image and distributed products (brands);
- Coordinate the technical and financial offers definition according to customer needs and specific procedures.
Suitable candidates should possess all or almost all of the following skills and expertise:
- University degree;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software solutions sales/marketing;
- Knowledge of IT market, specially software solutions;
- Very good negotiation skills;
- Results driven;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicative and with team-spirit;
- Native Romanian and fluent English, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of budget methodology;
- Problem solving person;
- Pro-active attitude, able to work under minimum supervision;
- Able to work under pressure and with close deadlines.
