RESPONSABILITATI

Administrative support for BV Bucharest Office:
- handle correspondence (fax, letters, e-mail)
- organize and mantain the archive (excel worksheet already functional - to be periodically updated)
- handle all incoming calls
- perform various translations (particulary technical)
- organizing business meetings, travel arrangeements, etc.
- ensure monthly supply with office materials, consumables
Specific tasks:
- Draft commercial offers and contracts, as requested by the I&F Manager
- Support to the I&F team (in terms of contracts follow-up, outstanding invoices, issuing certificates and reports, etc.)


CERINTE

University/college graduated (preferably economic field)
Very good PC skills (MS Office package)
High English level (other languages would be a plus, particulary French)
Marketing related prevoius experience would be considered a significant advantage
Great sense of adaptability
Results oriented, capable to handle tight deadlines, pro-active attitude
At least 1 year of relevant experience as secretary/assistant manager
Very good presentation skills, synthesis abilities, teamwork player
