- Act as an ambassador for the business in all external communications and at every suitable opportunity. Demonstrate and uphold the Company¿s philosophy and ethos at all times.
- Manage an efficient office, including maintenance of a comprehensive filing and records system.
- Research, source and purchase products and services by telephone and internet.
- Provide lunch, drinks and other personal duties such as conducting bank and other payments.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when required or directed by the GM of Operations.
- Provide support to other Head Office departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Produce documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Book meetings and travel for the GM of Operations and clients.
- Manage the GM¿s diary in the absence of the GM of Operations.
- Answer the telephone and respond to queries.
- High school or Secretarial College graduated (compulsory).
- 2 years experience in secretarial / administrative role.
- Advanced command of written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player attitude and customer focused.
- Results oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Prepared to complete ad-hoc tasks, shopping, errands, gift wrapping, preparing lunches for meetings.
- Willing to learn.
- Initiative and quick thinker.
- Organized and proactive.
