RESPONSABILITATI

Provides administrative support and performs different secretarial duties
Typing meetings-minutes, documents, memos, faxes, e-mails
Manages complex calendar; organizes travel arrangements, appointments and events
Managing and coordination the weekly and monthly activity reports
Prepares reports and presentation materials;
Receives and refers phone/e-mail inquiries;
Communicates with customers/partners;
Translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos;
Organizes and maintains the filing system;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
Consistent experience in a similar position;
University Degree;
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
Fluency in English
Excellent communication and teamwork
Ability to plan and organize activities; to set priorities
