Our client is the Romanian subsidiary of a German-based consultancy firm. On their behalf, we are now welcoming applications from motivated professionals for the Secretary opening, available with their offices in Bucharest.
The purpose of the position is to provide support to the Accounting and Audit team, through administrative activities such as:
- document filing
- document format processing
- making arrangements for business meetings and events
- handling general correspondence
- attending guests and visitors.
Suitable candidates will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar position of min. 1 year
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Excellent organization skills and customer focus
- Advanced English knowledge; German language will be viewed as a strong advantage.
