- responsible for the co-ordination of the incoming and outgoing correspondence and organisation of the local office facilities;
- support for the expatriates;
- responsible for the organisation and filling of the correspondence related to the project execution;
- translations from Romanian into English and vise versa;
- organisation of the office consumption material and travel arrangements;
- responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment inside the office;
- structured registration and filing of correspondence;
- support for Design Team – copies / cutting / folding / distribution / others;
- support of Contract Manager – accounting work.
- Experience as secretary for the project execution;
- English fluently in speaking and writing;
- Optional: German in speaking and writing;
- Standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
