CERINTE

Experience with support task in practice for more than one year

Basic knowledge ITIL - IT infrastructure Library or professional experiences with Support Processes

MS SQL Server, SQL Knowledge,

Experience with Windows Systems

XML-Knowledge, XSLT-Scripting experience



Excellent ability to communicate in English language verbally and in writing

Excellent organization skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
