- Full ownership and execution for managing BitDefender SEM strategy;
- Lead the development of global SEM strategy for BitDefender and closely work with Regional Online Managers for outlining the regional website SEM strategy and operational plans;
- Generating and implementing SEM enhancements with a focus on quick wins as well as long term strategies;
- Conducting selection of regional SEM agencies following global agreed selection criteria and framework;
- Project management including timeline development, having the resources (agencies, freelancers, internal resources) in place in order to execute the global / regional SEM regional plans;
- Reporting on the SEM progress of BitDefender SEM campaign including regular weekly and monthly reports plus analysis of specific SEM changes, enhancements or initiatives;
- PPC Campaign Setup, Management and tracking with Adwords/Search Center - Omniture;
- Conducting research of keywords, develop and manage bidding/optimization strategy using specific tools;
- Write , if necessary, the ad copy (in English, Romanian) for the PPC campaigns and make recommendations for the regional campaigns;
- Design and perform tests on ad copy, landing pages and keywords to increase click-through rates, conversion rates and profit margins;
- Coordinate localization and implementation of the landing pages for regions;
- Analyze and share best practices of the SEM campaign;
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and implement action plans to maximize revenue and minimize cost including refining bidding strategies;
- Develop forecasts/projections on a bi-annual and annual basis;
- Continuous monitoring of the PPC campaign and immediate changes to improve performance ;
- Always up-to-date with the latest trends in the search marketing field.
- Graduate of a upper education institution
- Google Advertising Professional
- Project Management certificate
- High Level Experience in PPC for more than 3 years
- Good knowledge of working with an advanced analytics software package
