Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a logistics & transport company, for a Sea Freight & Airfreight Operations Agent in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
• Take and follow-up the execution of the domestic & international transport orders for sea freight & air freight cargo;
• Follow-up on the trips performed and ensures that timing is fulfilled;
• Handle and processes documents related to sea freight & airfreight import and export;
• Ensure the information flow from and to the suppliers;
• Maintain the relation with clients;
• Prices analyses/ cooperation with sales team for offers
• Carries out, overseas operational actions required for merchandise import and/or export, in line with rules and regulations on safety and security, constantly striving for customer satisfaction and profitability
• Relevant experience as an operational sea and/or air freight agent;
• University Degree;
• Very good communication and analytical skills;
• Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation;
• Strong client service skills and ability to work in a team;
• Experience communicating with dedicated carriers, clients, customs brokers;
• Very good knowledge of English language;
• Very good computer skills: MS Office, Internet
