What do you will do:
• Schedule and facilitate all the daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives for the team
• Own and document resolution of the team process, infrastructure, and technical impediments that block the Scrum team’s forward progress
• Coordinate the demonstration of the Sprint user stories for the Scrum team and stakeholders
• Support and manage a positive business relationship with the Product Owner by maximizing direct communication, negotiating sprint and release scope management, and supporting the product manager’s broader communication plan for the release
• Maintain constructive and positive team morale, team building events, celebrating successes, and preserving team unity”
What are we looking for:
• Experience in the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years in a software development/ operation team;
• Agile mentoring and coaching skills;
• Strong leadership and organization skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills;
• Good skills and knowledge of “servant-leadership”, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;
• Ability to identify and manage risk, notice early signs of failure and respond decisively and proportionately;
• Excellent English, verbal and written;
• Proactive, problem solver attitude;
• Good mediator who can relate to different people’s perspectives;
• Desire to continuously learn new tools, technologies, methodologies;
• A desire to work in a fast moving and technically challenging environment;
• Very good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Out-of-the-box solution finder when situation requires;
• Good negociation skills.
Nice to have:
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) would be a plus;
