RESPONSABILITATI

Key responsibilities include the following areas:
• Develop training material for SAP HCM/HR end users from basic tool overview to advanced and project specific system elements
• Deliver SAP training on a regular basis– both basic and advanced SAP functionalities
• Analyze QA findings (errors) linked with SAP usage to come up with refreshers trainings/ suggestions of updates in operational documentation
• Be a go-to person for any SAP related queries (including client’s customized SAP)
• Translate organisational documentation into innovative and appropriate learning solution designs
• Develop all instructional and supporting materials and media to deliver to learning solution design supporting internal clients
• Create appropriate pre and post learning assessment methods for courses
• Review learning material on a regular basis to ensure quality and relevance to current needs
• Continually refine and optimise standards and best practices for course design and development of instructional content and media.
• Work on quality assurance activities for HR processes related to SAP, tools and reporting following the quality assurance plans
• Execute all QA plan initiatives based on defined quality criteria that meets Client expectations
• Assure continuous improvement in quality via quality check findings, coaching, calibration, etc.
• Track Quality Assurance metrics for all the process activities on an End to End base, providing reports to management
• Compile data and provide reports and analyse following internal and/or Customer requests concerning training and quality assurance
• Provide guidance and participate in the performance of audit procedures
• Create, report on and analyse client satisfaction surveys
• Propose improvements on QA internal processes and quality measurement system


CERINTE

• User experience with SAP, preferably SAP HR & PY modules
• Bachelor degree required with a preference for instructional design or relevant experience in a learning related field and/or quality assurance
• Sector/industry experience in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth organisation
• Excellent/fluent writing, spelling and grammar skills in English & German
• Additional language skills (Polish, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Czech, French) would be an asset
• Excellent communication ability including written and oral presentation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of learning theory and learning design best practice, including experience of the ADDIE design methodology
• Quality certifications (ISO, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) would be an asset.
• Ability to review source content and translate it into defined learning objectives
• Ability to grasp business concepts across diverse areas of the business and to transform these into clear training designs
• Ability to think in creative and innovative ways
• Ability to transmit information
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to analyse processes to identify process gaps/weaknesses and propose a more effective process design solution
• Strong Critical and analytical skills are a must to perform quality control and audit procedures
• Strong PC knowledge including related PowerPoint/Excel/Microsoft/SAP/PSFT
• Natural ability to work collaboratively with others and a communication style that is open and transparent
• Work with a remote team(s)
• Adaptable style that is comfortable within a high-energy, action-oriented culture
