RESPONSABILITATI

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HR modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Design, configuration and testing in various SAP HR Modules: OM, PA, TM, CATS, PY, LSO, ESS/MSS
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development


CERINTE

• University degree in technical/economic field
• Recent graduate with up to 2 years of work experience in HR area. Experience in Talent Management and SAP system will be a plus
• HR business knowledge and process design skills
• Organizational skills
• Able to collaborate with clients and excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
