The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HR modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
Design, configuration and testing in various SAP HR Modules: OM, PA, TM, CATS, PY, LSO, ESS/MSS
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development
* 2-4 years of experience in SAP HR, experience in Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting
* HR business knowledge and process design skills
* Mandatory customizing knowledge and experience in creation of the functional designs
* Mandatory to have fluent English
* Organizational skills
* Able to collaborate with clients and excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
