- Improve sales effectiveness by developing training sessions for sales staff
- optimizes productivity through sales training
- Participates actively in recruiting, training and inducting new sales staff
- Develops sales inducting programs


- University degree
- At least 3/5 years of work experience as sales person
- 1/2 years as Trainer
- Good knowledge of english
- Willing to travel countrywide
