Reporting to the Manager Sales Training, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting competence level evaluation for the Sales Force;
- Developing the appropriate Sales Training programs and tools;
- Organizing and delivering training programs / implementing development tools at the Kraft Sales Force and distributors’ level;
- Maintaining an accurate database of Sales Training activities.
- University graduate, preferably in Business / Social Sciences;
- In depth knowledge of Sales Field processes / practices in a top multinational FMCG company;
- At least 2-3 years in a people management position; 2-3 years in field sales positions with a top multinational FMCG company; relevant trainer experience;
- Excellent presentation skills, good Project Management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written;
- Diplomat, tactful, flexible, open, attention to details, positive approach;
- Fluent English;
- PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Residence in Bucharest;
- Drivers’ license, willing to travel extensively.
