Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Developing sales opportunities.
Follow up local tenders and attempting to the tenders
Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
Managing and prioritizing activity across Romanian territory.
Handling the logistics of dosimeters
Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management
Responsible for quarterly & annual revenue targets.
Responsible for tracking customer information and providing forecasts.
• University degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years full-time sales experience especially in medical field
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required,
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good command of English (both verbal and written)
• Have no obstacle to travel
Additional Requirements:
Build strong business consulting relationships within assigned accounts and ensure alignment of internal resources
Extensive experience on direct customer engagement and partner business.
Consistently demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition.
Excellent track record of achieving sales target numbers
Outstanding Presentation, Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
Ability to develop relationships and work at the decision maker level
