RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose
-To grow and develop the On-Trade Sales business (HORECA) with a team of 5/6 people based in strategic cities;
- To ensure proper execution of the marketing plan.
Content
- To agree and achieve targets for profit, volume and brand share in the On-Trade;
- To manage and develop the team;
- To develop and maintain strong professional relationships with major customers;
- To develop and implement On-Trade marketing plans within budget and brand guidelines;
- To contribute to the strategic development of each brand;
- To develop business plans/account strategies with designated accounts that will achieve the channel strategy;
- Assist Key Accounts Manager of the importer in their negotiation with Mass Retailers and Cash & Carry when it is about MH brands;
- Handle and manage wholesalers in Bucharest.
Dimension:
- Reporting to the General Manager of the importer and functionally to the Moët Hennessy Area Manager based in Bucharest;
- Responsible for the team of 5/6 and the brand manager dedicated to MH brands.

Our client is the most importer of beverages and other goods. The person we are searching now will be in charge of the brands from LVMH ¿the world¿s leading luxury products group from Moet Hennessy range: champagne like Dom Perignon, Krug, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, spirits like Glenmorangie, Belvedere, Hennessy, other wines, vodka and whisky.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education :
- Graduate from a Business School / University
Languages :
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Professional experience & know-how :
- Good knowledge of local trade practices
- Very sensitive to premium W&S environment
- Thorough understanding of On-Trade sector
- Previous experience from sales in an international company (5/6 years); Good address book is a plus
Required skills :
- Action oriented, Customer focus, Negotiating, Organizing, Priority setting, Drive for results/Perseverance;
- Sales development, Driving sales and customer relationships, Social skills, Comfortable with a computer.
