Offering sales and marketing support to a network of independent distributors, in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary
Sales role:Manage the implementation of the sales initiatives by providing to distributors guidance flow of information and training to develop their business. Organize successful training events. Communicate effectively all international announcements, strategies. Develop the teamwork and cooperation between distributors and organize them in working groups. Adapt/promote all international/corporate initiatives and sales promotions to local market.
Marketing Role: Lead the development and the production of all marketing materials, including literature and market research documents. Manage the execution process of product launches, promotions and all the above. Take a leading role in the growth of the company business through effective implementation of all Corporate Marketing Programs. Liaise with Corporate Marketing to implement regional and global marketing programs.
Possess minimum of two years marketing or sales experience
At least one year of management experience
Fluent in English. Any second language advantageous
Analytical and strategic thinker
Very good interpersonal relationship skills and supervisory skills
Computer literate
Willing to travel within the country and possible elsewhere in Europe.
Ability to work within authorized budgets.
Strong customer and results orientation
Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Ability to function as an effective team member
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
