- Develop the Marketing and PR strategy for the Romanian properties in co-operation with the General Manager of Romanian Operations and the head office marketing team.
- Implement the ¿¿Asset Management budget plans¿¿ to meet budget for designated Romanian properties.
- Draft Heads of Terms and prepare paperwork for pre-sales, sales, assignments, surrenders, terminations, new leases etc (ensuring all necessary consents have been obtained).
- Instruct the legal team with sales and leasing matters and progress the paperwork to completion.
- Liaise with Marketing and PR firms to establish and implement the Marketing and PR strategy.
- Negotiate sales contracts, lease renewals and new lease terms.
- Co-ordinate and monitor all tenant break options and rent reviews.
- Take responsibility for the ¿client service¿.
- Develop and maintain the marketing database.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and leasing material for Board and Investor Reports.
- Where applicable, work closely with retained sales and leasing agents towards achieving the budgeted goals and objectives.
- Monitor and co-ordinate the sales and leasing agents.
- Work with head office marketing team on general projects.
- Work with head office management team to prepare annual budgets, sales and leasing strategy.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Degree education preferred (ideally property, marketing, business or finance)
- At least 3 years property sales and/or leasing experience, good property agent contacts
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and lease documentation and lease turnover
- Organised, methodical and analytical to interpret data
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ¿ Advanced level
- Flexibility and desire to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strategic planning competence.
