Sales & Marketing Manager
Role
- Establish and maintain great cooperation with the clients through excellent business orientation skills;
-Direct sales;
- Coaches & coordinates a team of sales persons;
- Establishes the objectives for the team and monitories their activity;
- Follows the financial situation of the project;
- Develop and apply marketing strategies in order to increase the number of customers and raise company awareness;
- Achieve sales targets;
- Maintain the relationship with the other parts involved: lawyers, owners etc;
-Experience in direct sales and management, preferably in residential sales market;
- Good understanding of the real estate business;
- Sales-oriented, with the ability to motivate and offer support;
- Proven track record in managing relationship with customers and sales;
- Outstanding negotiation and influencing capabilities;
- Serious persons, determined and ambitious;
- Very good written and spoken English; PC literate.
