RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
- Recommends and coordinates the sales promotions/ consumer promotions and the appropriate and effective P.O.S. materials in coordination with the suppliers. Fully responsible for storage and distribution of all P.O.S. materials and other merchandising and sampling aids.
- Participates in development of monthly, quarterly and annual promotional plans to achieve sales volume and share goals; monitor efficiency of implemented promotions by reviewing monthly and adjusting as necessary.
- Visits retail stores and all outlets to monitor implementation of proper merchandising techniques with regards to P.O.S. material, coolers, displays.
- Collects feedback and monitors the results of company\'s in-store and merchandising activities.
- Monitors competitive merchandising activities, in-store trends and related developments that have an impact on company\'s product sales. Identifies and recommends good display opportunity/ locations and recommend them to management.
- Protects and enhances trade-mark usage and standards on all packaging and advertising materials, providing agencies and suppliers with appropriate guidelines.
- Monitors, analyzes and issues reports on agency and suppliers’ performance and cost.
- Coordinates the flow of information between the Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales Force
- Supervises the competitors’ activities on the market and recommends action plans for improvements
- Coordinates the animation of HORECA channel Sales
- Issues other reports/communication
- Recruits, trains, coaches and coordinates the activities of his/her team.


CERINTE

Ideal candidate:
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably within a multinational FMCG company.
- Merchandising, category management, market research knowledge
- Excel, Word, Power Point – very good knowledge
- English – fluently
- Organizing and prioritizing abilities;
- Ability to perform well under tight deadlines & situations
- Highly analytical and numerical skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Creativity;
- Business acumen;
- Negotiation skills.
