- Management of installed base in relation to generating additional revenue
- Ensuring all Sales policies are adhered to
- Timely and correct reporting of information to senior management.
- Formulation and implementation of a Sales strategy to budget.
- Conduct market research to realize market prospects
- Examine the viability of introducing new products in the market
- Examine competitors positions within the market place and devise counter strategies to increase company’s market share.
- Liaising with marketing to ensure the adequate intake of new prospects.
- Management of group Sales Force Automation system
- Recruitment of Sales consultants and Sales support employees
- Team Motivation, skills building, personal development
- Management of sales consultants pipe-lines to ensure they can meet set targets
- Managing and closing the first deals by himself; demonstrate personal ability to sell and create a dynamic which will then allow to extend the sales team.
- Minimum 3 years Direct Sales experience and / or
- Minimum 2 years Management
- Good knowledge of local IT market
- Excellent communication skills , administrative skills and inter-personal skills.
- fluent English
