Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a prestigious company in chemical industry, for a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for growth, together with the management
Develop and maintain meaningful key customer relationships
Develop project pipeline, manage and follow-up opportunities
Consolidates territory sales forecasts for area of responsibility, submitting those to management for use in the development of company forecasts and assure the achievement of these goals
Prepares reports in order to keep management informed with regard to sales performance and general business conditions of designated area of responsibility
Maintains a general awareness of competitor pricing activity in area of responsibility, keeping inside personnel informed as appropriate
Maintains contact and fosters solid working relationships
Domestic travel as required to meet Business Unit’s sales objectives
BSc or MSc degree preferably in a technical or commercial field
Previous experience with engineered materials or related industries – ideally 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry or other related industries
Technical knowledge and understanding of engineered based applications, markets and customers
Fluent in English is required;
