RESPONSABILITATI

Carbon Solutions Global is one of the best service provider for Eastern European markets into its fields of business: sustainability, CSR, environment protection & carbon market. We are looking to hire well motivated personnel for our sales team.

The sales manager will have to coordinate the sales team from the branch and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth according to the company’s vision, sales politics and values.

What we need:
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage efficiently new tasks in addition to day to day activities.
- Tenacious, highly resistant to a fast-paced working environment
- Demonstrate aptitude for analytics and problem-solving
- Excellent social skills and willingness to understand and focus on our internal clients' needs and goals, and to establish credibility and build relationships with clients

It will be considered a plus, but not mandatory:
- CSR experience
- NGO experience
- A strong corporate background
- Driving license and possibility to use one's personal car (expenses will be supported by the company)

Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Experience in direct sales
• Knowledge of CSR strategy and the environment industry is a plus.
• Experience in designing a sales plan, managing budgets and tracking measurable sales targets
• Ability to develop a portfolio of customers, customer oriented, pro-active;
• Skills of coordination, planning, organization, communication and negotiation


CERINTE

• Manages a sales team to achieve the sales forecast
• Initiates and coordinates action plans to develop the customer databases, to develop commercial relationship with current and potential clients
• Performs Sales activities on key accounts.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasted requirements; prepares annual budgets; plans the expenses; analyzes variances; initiates corrective actions.
• Prepares annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for afferent Branch; plans expected sales volume and profits for existing and new products; analyzes trends and results; establishes pricing strategies; recommends selling prices to senior management from Romania; monitors costs, competition and market demands.
• Develops in cooperation with the senior management from Romania a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures reaching the company’s sales goals and profitability.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management from Romania regarding performance.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports according sales politics
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Applies to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented by the team.
• Recruits, tests, and hires sales persons based on criteria agreed upon by management from Romania.
Relationships and Roles Internal / External Cooperation
• Ensures that all Technical Sales Representatives and Area Sales Representatives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, commercial offers and final orders.
• Sets examples for all subordinates regarding personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
• Conducts regular coaching and counselling with his subordinates to build motivation and selling skills.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Proves ability to interact and cooperate with all company’s employees.
