Liaising with marketing to ensure the adequate intake of new prospects.

Recruitment of Sales consultants and Sales support employees

Management of sales consultants pipe-lines to ensure they can meet set targets
Managing and closing the first deals by himself; demonstrate personal ability to sell and create a dynamic which will then allow to extend the sales team.
