RESPONSABILITATI

General Summary:

• Manages sales of the company’s all range of services supplied by the Company within the country ( the comprehensive range of services are from cash free fuel card provision, leasing options, tracking systems, breakdown assistance services , ferry crossings bookings etc).
• Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning;
• Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

Details of Function:

•Identify potential customers and develop a business development plan to reach them.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation withthe General Manager;
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff;
• Assists sales staff in establishing personal contact with prospects’ top decision-makers.
• Holds regular meeting with sales staff;
• Reviews (on a regular basis) the progress of sales roles throughout the company;
• Attends conferences / events and organize marketing campaigns / marketing materials to promote the Company’s range of services;
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue;
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s range of services;
• Reviews expenses and recommends economies;
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity;
• Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures;


CERINTE

Proven knowledge and experience in sales of LEASING services / FUEL CARDS; or a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the Oil industry sector;
Experience in dealing with TRANSPORT COMPANIES

A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
Proficient in English.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude to dealing with people.
A sound understanding of ERP would be a distinct advantage.
Driving license.
