RESPONSABILITATI

Job Description:

• Set objectives, organize and control of the employees within sales department.
• Manage sales channels and related revenue.
• Manage target setting & performance evaluation process.
• Analyze market information.
• Prepare sales strategy and sales plans for key customers.
• Develop relationship and attend on most important key customers.
• Visit potential customers for new business.
• Manage the advertisement activity.


CERINTE

Requirements to candidate:

• In depth understanding of the sales processes of components for the electronic industry.
• Overall knowledge of major vendors of electronic components and their portfolio.
• Managerial experience – min. 1-2 years.
• Sales and/or marketing experience – min. 5 years.
• Master degree in Electronics or Economics (preferably in management, marketing, sales).
• Experience and sales leads management.
• High Energy, Team-player, willing to share his/her success, and support the success of other team-members.
• Very good communication & presentation skills.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
