RESPONSABILITATI

Business planning and definition of a sales strategy to ensure that the company sales goals and profitability will be reached;
Responsible for the performance and development of the relations with the Key Accounts both international and local;
Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines;
Recruitment, evaluation, training and motivation of Sales representatives; establishment of sound organization and control over their daily activities and performance;
Preparation of action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects for the channels of distribution used.
Development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Carrying out market research and securing permanent monitoring of the market.
Reporting - timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.


CERINTE

Very good knowledge of the market of electric and hand tools in Romania (or at least the channels of distribution used);
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, effective teamplayer;
Ability to work under pressure, to resolve problems and strive to provide high quality of the assigned tasks;
Fluency in English;
Excellent computer skills - MS Office;

Clean driving license.
