RESPONSABILITATI

You will be responsible for developing the sales pipeline through internet leads, cold calling and working with marketing to develop the target markets of trade, transport and logistics in Romania. Besides that, you will also manage the sales process, maintain account relationships and generate new leads.

You will travel frequently to customers and prospects, sometimes also outside Romania. You will be part of ORTEC Central & Eastern Europe sales & marketing staff, executing your tasks in a multi-disciplinary team and having frequent contact with your colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world.

Key responsibilities
• Make proposals and sales presentations
• Participate in sales presentations and other sales-related events (conferences, seminars, fairs)
• Meeting personal and team sales targets
• Working in close co-operation with the Operational Team to ensure consistent levels of business and support, where appropriate
• Keep up to date with products, services and developments within the transport/logistics industry
• Keep up to date with new services, products and developments within the ORTEC Group.
• Updating the CRM system
• Working environment – contribute to and make sure you maintain a good working environment in the sales team and to work as one unit


CERINTE

Profile
• Affinity with Transport and Logistics and IT (previous sales experience and an understanding of the transport/logistics industry are strong assets)
• Commercial way of thinking, hands-on mentality and excellent team work
• Communication and social skills in order to be able to liaise effectively with clients, potential clients and internal colleagues
• Reliable, able to organize own work, with strong attention to detail
• Result and customer oriented
• Representative, good humored and good at networking
• Enthusiastic, ambitious and self-confident
• Willingness to travel, also outside Romania
• Persuasive with negotiating skills
• Motivated and ambitious

Experience
• University education
• Medium level (minimum 1-4 years working experience)
• Proven track record in sales is preferred
• Knowledge of advanced planning systems and/or ERP systems, especially in trade, transport and
logistics is preferred

Skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English and Romanian (knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage)
• Ability to develop account relationships at all levels of an organization
• Very good in personal contacts
• Ability to manage a sales cycle
• Account research to identify new prospects
