RESPONSABILITATI

The main purpose of the position is to develop and maintain the long-term relationships between the company and the clients in order to grow revenue and ensure both parties derive maximum benefit from the relationship, as well as to work towards an allocated sales revenue target:

- Winning new sales revenue in line with targets
- Owning the relationship between the company and the clients
- Identifying and expanding revenue opportunities in designated accounts
- Monitoring all aspects of customers? satisfaction and ensuring any issues are addressed
- Maintaining an understanding of strategic directions and interpreting its relevance to the customer
- Maintaining an awareness of current and future products and services


- Experience and relevant network of contacts with key decision-makers inside the Public and/or Private Sector
- Sales experience within a software solutions company (at least 3 years)
- Ability to understand complex IT systems
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities, including the capacity to relate at all hierarchical levels
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
- Degree of economics (marketing or similar)
