You will ensure implementation of sales policies and strategies and will coordinate the activity of sales team, having in the same time the responsibility for warehouse management.
You will establish objectives and performance standards for sales department and evaluate periodically their activity.
In the same time, you will make analysis and will come with proposals for improvement of sales process, distribution and administration.
You will be responsible for bringing in solutions and actions which lead to optimization of network and distribution, and also to increasing of clients’ portfolio on national level.
You will collaborate for implementation of special projects and campaigns, and also for launching on the market the new products.
You will be also in charge with negotiation of distribution contracts, analysis of balance, payments and stocks, and with making of periodical specific reports.
You have University degree (preferably Economics) and good command in English.
You have at least minimum 4 years relevant experience in sales (both in service sales and F.M.C.G.) and minimum 2 years on a management position.
You also have book and press distribution market knowledge.
Management related courses and relevant experience in an international company would represent an advantage.
The ideal candidate is a good organizer, has experience in reporting, and proved implementing skills and good communication abilities.
