RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a multinational company leading brand in sport equipments.

Key Accountabilities:

•Developing and overseeing sales and business strategy, advertising, promotion, marketing research, purchasing, distribution and finance.
• Heavily involved with inventory control, logistics and buying department.
• Manage business decisions relative to the specific brand and present brand strategies and activities to the Management for review and direction setting
• Formulates and implements sales strategies to penetrate new and existing market.
• Represents the company and maintains regular contact with key clients.
• Builds up and maintains business plan within in volumes, turnovers, and budgets.
• Establishes and develops effective sales and marketing approach.
• Lead the implementation of brand plans, introduce improvisation where required and ensure achievements of all objectives
• Develop business financials, as well as brand’s annual budget, and present them to the GM for approval
• Responsible for gathering information on the market.
• Develops knowledge of the major potential customers, trends, and development opportunities.
• May investigate and evaluate customer complaints.
• Decides on variations in pricing. Conducts negotiations on delivery, payment and other conditions, within the boundaries of the business plan.
• Is required to submit timely written proposals and reports.
• Reports periodically on the progress and results, analyse developments and make recommendations.
• Manages, supervises, appraises and motivates employees.
• Manage the recruitment and training of all brand’s staff, in liaison with the GM
• Carry out any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor


CERINTE

Experience:
4-years previous experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Demonstrated strategic thinking and business planning experience. Strong background in the sport & fitness industry will be an asset. Previous experience having worked at/with Hypermarkets (METRO, Carrefour, Real, Auchan etc.) will be an asset.



Education and Certifications:

• BSc in Sport, Business or Marketing related studies. MSc and/or MBA will be an advantage.
• Attendance of Business, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Seminars and possession of relevant Certificates will be an advantage.
• Computer literate
• English & Romanian speaker. German is a plus.

• A firm understanding of customer service.
• The ability to assimilate corporate and business group strategy and objectives and develop brand programs that support business goals.

• Conflict resolution abilities.
• Willing to work long hours including weekends.
• Some flexibility to travel within the country & abroad (small percentage of time will be travelling)
