Rodipet SA is looking to recruit qualified Sales Expert with the following responsibilities
Activities: 
-Manage, control and develop the overall Sales strategies and activities at a national and international level in accordance with the company business strategy and business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources. 
- Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relations and maintain strong existing customer fidelity. 
- Provide sales advice and information to the team. 
- Strengthen relationship with our agencies.
- Drive and develop new business opportunities, and market profiling and competitor analysis activities
- Ensure effective pricing strategies which are developed to sustain profitable growth. 
- Develop sales motivation initiatives to keep high sales performance towards the annual business target.
Sales expert is responsible for: 
-recruiting and training sales staff; 
- supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance; 
- allocating areas to sales executives at a national & international level
- setting budgets and targets; 
- liaising with other line managers; 
- reporting back to Deputy General Manager; 
- liaising with customers (which may include actual selling); 
- maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's services; 
- keep informed about this specific market evolution and competitors
