Our client is a national company, acting as Liner Agent of the NYK (Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha) Group in Romania, active mainly in the multi-modal transportation sector (containerised shipping and related activities).
RESPONSABILITATI:
Once you join our team, you will have to:
- look for new potential customers;
- promote, offer and sell to potential customers the services rendered by NYK Line and the employing company (containerised transportation and related activities - custom brokerage, warehousing, port operations, trucking, rail transportation, SCM, a.o);
- maintain, develop and improve company's portfolio of business partners, customers and suppliers as well as range of services;
- do market research;
- contribute in improving company's financial results;
- maintain and improve company's well deserved reputation that has been gained so far;
- represent the company in a professional, apropriate manner;
- observe laws and regulations, because we like to do our business in a clean and transparent way.
CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
To ensure a perfect fit, you MUST
- BE a young, but definitely enthusiast, pro-active, open-minded and intelligent, success oriented, adaptable and bonding person, that wishes to build a one of a kind career in the shipping industry;
- HAVE a minimum of 3 years RELEVANT EXPERTISE in the field of shipping industry (seafreight is a plus);
- HAVE knowledge and ability in using ENGLISH language, both writing and speaking, medium level, at least;
- HAVE SOCIALISING and PERSUASIVE abilities and high persuasion skills;
- HAVE valid and CLEAN drivers' licence.
