The task is to build up; to stabilize and to operate the Romanian branch of the Company:
- Development of sales strategy for the company
- Recruiting, leading and motivating the sales and engineering staff in Romania
- Operative planning of the budget
- Business development and key account management
- Market analysis
- Providing technical and business consultation to uncover customer needs, proposing solutions and gaining customer commitment
- Complaints management
- Commercial administration / Controlling / IT
WORK LOCATION:
Bucharest or West Romania
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Engineering or Economics
- At least 4 years sales/key account management experience in construction or building engineering field
- Strong English and Romanian skills, spoken and written, additional Central European language knowledge is a benefit.
- Understanding of the construction market
- A proactive and target orientated personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to think in complexity
- Multi-tasking abilities
