For one of our clients, a multinational company, we are looking for a
Sales Engineer – Power Controls (Building-Commercial Segment)
Reporting to the Regional Channel Manager, responsible for achieving the assigned sales plan by selling and promoting power controls products to new and existing customers
Manage customer relationships and negotiate business terms with dedicated customers
Promote Power Controls solutions for respective segment to end users, contractors, designers to create market demand
New product introduction through applications in the Building-Commercial segment, supported by product management and marketing team
Responsible for acquiring new business in the Building-Commercial field through prescription/specification and value proposition to key influencers/ decision
Gather and share market and competitive information
Active participation in past due collection
Technical degree (preferably electrical engineering)
At least 2 years relating sales experience
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
Product knowledge is an advantage
Fluent English and Romanian language knowledge
Excellent analytical skills
Self-starter, results oriented
Proactive thinking and acting
Ability to work independently
Well structured
Customer focus
Organization skills
PC/IT skills
High energy level
B category driving license
Experience with power controls designs is an advantage
Experience in the given segment is an advantage
