Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational automotive company, for a Sales Engineer, for the South – East Romanian area.
SALES ENGINEER
Main purpouse of the job:
Support Sales Manager, performing his sales task in the assigned teritory and/or activity area, targetting the planned and settled goals , in terms of sales volumes, profitability results, level of colaboration with the customers, etc.
Job Profile
• Responsible for developing the sales to clients, and other key accounts on the designated territory and systematic improvement of the customers portfolio;
• Implementing the sales strategy on his designated territory;
• Prepare proposals of contract arrangements with particular customers according to the Company standard;
• Prepare plans and realize actions to support sales in closed co-operation with Head Office and other support departments of the company (COD, Marketing&Pricing, etc);
• Integral part of the job are sales forecasts and price analyses;
• Will be in constant contact with the customers;
• Will be creating longterm relationships with customers;
• Reporting to the Head Office all the information collected from the market
• Will follow in all his work activities legal norms valid in the country;
• Develop operative measures for the realization of sales strategies;
• Sustaining the Sales Manager for achieving the sales objective;
• Collect and prepare market reports (customers - existing and potential new ones, sellout, competition survey - reporting to the Head Office on regular basis);
• Cooperation with COD and Marketing departments - support of COD for the daily operational issues related to the assigned customers.
• Min 3 years experience in sales on the field of automotive parts;
• Experience in multinational companies or international colaborations reprezents an advantage for the candidate;
• English - advanced;
• PC skills;
• Technical knowledge about the sold products;
• Communication skills;
• Customer focus.
