In scope of increasing activities of our company in the territories of Romania and Moldavia, we are looking for an ambitious person for the position of Sales District Manager, for the office of Bosch Security Systems in Bucharest.

Responsabilities:
• Actively manage customer structure in Romania and Moldavia
• Ensure sales targets with existing customers and in existing business, identifying additional business opportunities and developing potential new ones
• Conduct regular customer visits and establish close relationship with customers
• Participating in sales and marketing strategy execution
• Negotiate terms and conditions within authorization scheme for accounts
• Take over local business development activities to support local customer base
• Building and maintaining relationships with large contractor and consultant companies
• Work closely with Regional Business Development to ensure that local projects are covered properly in all stages
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries)
• Increasing brand awareness of Bosch Security Systems on the assigned territory
• Make active use of specific sales IT tools (CRM, SAP, Cheetah, etc.)
• Timely inform supply chain on extraordinary demand (e.g. special sales actions, big projects) which is not covered by regular forecast


CERINTE

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or IT or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Romanian Electrical LV / Security business with wide network of contacts throughout the country
• Relevant working experience and market knowledge in at least 2 of the following product lines: Video Systems, Public Address systems, Congress systems, Fire alarm systems, Access Control & Integration, Intrusion
• Excellent understanding of the decision making mechanism in the Romanian project business
• Experience in organizing trainings, seminars, trade-shows and giving presentations
• Willingness to travel frequently, mainly within the territory
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy
• Dynamic, organized person with initiative and strong sales and customer orientation
• Excellent communicator and business relationship builder
• Able to conduct negotiation on the highest level
