Our Client is the global leader in pallet and container pooling services serving many of the world's largest companies and is operating in over 45 countries and employing over 7,500 people. This role will be based in Bucharest and the main responsibility of the role is to win new customers in target markets to drive revenue growth and market penetration and to manage, develop and deploy the sales and customer service team to deliver rapid and profitable sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Build customer base: win new clients and expand relationship with existing european clients
- Deliver superior customer service; responsibility over all aspects of business relationship with customers
- Develop customer potential in line with the commercial policy and increase customer satisfaction
- Business retention
- Coordinate sales and CS team
Main Tasks:
- Sales and new business development
- Account Management - Identify customer needs
- Account Analysis and Control
- Revenue stream
- Coordinate and manage Sales & Customer Service team
- Annual budgeting
EXPERIENCE
- Sales, Sales Management and /or Customer Service Management in a service company, for at least 3 years
- Worked with financial measures and KPIs
- Achieved results in a cross-cultural environment
- Managed, motivated, developed successful sales and/or Customer Service team
- Worked successfully in a matrix structure
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Business Degree or similar

- Language: Fluent English and native Romanian
