Our client is a leading international manufacturer and is designing, producing and selling the first Integrated Electrical System.
Its products include domestic devices to automatic safety switches, from distribution boards and enclosures to industrial connections, from trunking systems to lighting.
They are addressing various sectors: residential, tertiary & industrial and lighting.
Due to the fact that the company is extending its activity we are now looking for a responsible and dynamic person for the position
SALES COUNTRY MANAGER
Responsibilities
Coordinate, lead, motivate and support the direct sales team
Coordinate and organize the activity of the indirect sales team (the agents on behalf of the distributors) identifying the right people in the respective areas - SELL-OUT
Manage and increase/select the distributors in order to better cover the territory and promote the catalogue - SELL-IN
Constantly maintain the relationship with the headquarters in order to define the promotional and communication activities so that to achieve the desired sales results
The promotion and introduction of the new products on the market and their mix improving, by checking market and product selling opportunities;
Coordinate the activity of the office with the help of the Office Manager
Experience in a similar role (and previously in sales) in a company with the same profile
University graduated, preferably Engineering/Electrical
Good understanding of electrical systems and devices
Good communication skills in English
Proficient in PC- MS Office
Excellent business orientation skills
Good track record in managing relationship with customers
Outstanding negotiation, leadership and influencing capabilities
Serious persons, determined and results-oriented
