Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for its client,one of the largest direct selling companies, a Sales Back Office Coordinator for the Bulgarian Market.
Purpose of the role:
• Be the support person for all Sales Distributor Relations activities
• Work in a consultative and supportive manner with the Company’s Distributors to manage their business needs – act as a business consultant
• Per request or service need, provide temporary support for the Contact Center Team
Key activities:
• Contributes to correct implementation and usage of the Sales and Marketing Plan and Code of Ethics and control compliance with them by the Company’s Distributors or Members
• Tracking and verification of the Company’s Distributors awards, qualifications and incentive trips
• Supports functions, trips, meetings, trainings, visits, operates trips for Company’s Distributors and the company’s employees
• Organize the visits in the office. Provide to Central Communications information about results of these visits
• Maintains the related information with the Company’s Distributors in the Company’s back-office systems
• Takes care about quality and accuracy of data managed. Follows procedures in keying in / changing / deleting the Distributors related data
• Works jointly with other teams in the Company in order to create ideas, plan, deliver and monitor business support for the Distributors and their Leaders
• Solves distributors issues
• Fluent Bulgarian speaker
• 2-3 years experience in back office / service center functions (B2B or B2C)
• Self-starting personality, pro-active and self-motivated, professional attitude and approach
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality
• Good communication skills
