We are currently searching for a Sales and Brand Manager to a leading international pharmaceutical company. The role as a Sales and Brand Manager will take the overall responsibility for the sales and marketing activities for the Oncology Business, and will report to the Managing Director.
Overall objective of the job is to drive sales performance, and to build the Oncology brand.
Your sales and marketing experience, prior oncology experience, ideally including a launch, has provided you with a good understanding of the Romanian cancer networks and associated organisations and you know how to succeed in gaining access at the local health economy level. You will be a self starter, comfortable with operating independently and have a strong commercial outlook .
-Developing ideas for product innovation based on market developments;
-Recording the profit contribution of the product group; presenting proposals based on the business plan and adjusting plans according to the market approach;
-Managing relationships with relevant KOLs;
-Coordination of launching new products and services in accordance with overall company strategy;
-Performing competitive analysis and drawing up conclusions, indicating opportunities and threats;
-Stimulating and monitoring sales promotion activities within certain marketing guidelines;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with proven results;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma market;
- University degree in Science (Medicine University is a plus);
- Masters or MBA (marketing specialization) would be a plus;
- Very good English knowledge;
- PC skills;
- Driving license B category;
- Very good communication skills – both written and oral.
