He/she will be responsible for gathering and processing relevant data pertaining to corporate sales overall activity and organize comprehensively those data in report files requested by his superiors using appropriate reporting tool box to produce them.
He/she will be required to understand and to apply all company’s policies, procedures, product and services, and use them to find the best approach for customer request.
He/she will be required to closely collaborate with Customer Care, Collection, Marketing and IT department in order to evaluate and implement solutions to internal and external customer requests;
Together with the managers in lead of sales channels of corporate sales department he/she will provide information and data analysis upon business market, customers portfolio, evolution of results achieved, and can propose solutions for improvement of specific parameters that are observed, best approach/prevention of negative consequences that might arise; to propose personalized and appropriate solutions for customer retention, revenue stimulation and increased customer satisfaction;
He/she will be responsible for gathering data from other departments that are needed in order to process relevant information on the scope of boosting sales results and overall achievements of corporate sales department.
At Sales Managers request he/she will provide reports and analysis regarding customer payments, average invoice value, traffic, behavior, customer billing information; other relevant data; he/she will be asked to use reporting databases;
He/she will be responsible to provide periodical analysis and reports regarding customer feedback (internal and external), corporate churn, retention and contra revenue spent, efficiency of campaigns ran by Corporate Sales team.
University degree (economic or technical);
At least 1 year experience in Customer Care field (customer service, activation, collection, etc), with direct interactions with customers;
Microsoft Office – very strong skills (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point);
Advanced knowledge of databases, extracting data and process information;
Good command of English;
Ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions and recommendation;
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills;
Excellent numeric, analytical skills; organized, accurate and detail-oriented;
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment where quantity and pacing of projects are unpredictable; able to prioritize multiple tasks.
