Objective:
ISG Personnel Management is hiring for his client, a worldwide leader in connection systems for industrial fluids a Sales Administration Position. The basis of their success in the market is the proximity to the customers and the pursuit of continuous improvements. Within this position you support their reputation as reliable partner towards our customers and contribute to an optimal processing of corresponding requirements.
You will act independently within your area and will be an important part of our locale team, supporting mainly their activities. Within this position you work closely with the Austrian subsidiary (Headquarter of the Central and Eastern European Cluster).
Main activities:
- Check orders received and validate them for shipping
- Process logistic administration in close relation with the customer
- Process and maintain the order with the customer
- Collect customer claims and keep track of corrective actions
- Keep customers updated on schedules, order status and product compatibility
- Establish a full file for all our clients
Profile/Competences:
- Ability to comply with procedures, sales regulations and company policies with regard to customers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environment
- Familiar with typical software applications
- Fluent in English language
