Our new colleague should be able to effectively communicate with other team members located abroad and understand our web-application. He will help us to take the application to the next level by developing new features or improve the existing ones. He will also need to train new team members as they become part of the team, while he has the opportunity to become the team leader.
Passionate about Ruby & Rails. At least 1-2 years’ experience.
You should have over 4 years of development experience whether in Ruby or other technologies.
Passion for coding and sense of pride in your work.
Work with the project manager to agree and deliver a "roadmap" for the project phase.
Guide new developers through an appropriate induction program.
Playing a key role in the full development cycle and direction of feature sets.
Passionate about technology and a keen learner who is able to adapt to new, complex development environments
Good level of English
Glad to work in a friendly and agile environment
Experience with TDD/BDD would be a benefit
