RESPONSABILITATI

Solutioneaza si coordoneaza rezolvarea situatiilor operationale critice in perimetrul serviciilor de roaming pentru a asigura conformitatea cu standardele de calitate ale ORO;

Analizeaza evenimentele critice sau recurente, propune si urmareste implementarea planurilor de actiune in vederea evitarii recurentei.

Analizeaza si evalueaza activitatile programate ce au impact mare asupra serviciului, alaturi de coordonatorul de operatiuni
Analizeaza, evalueaza cauzele corecte, solutioneaza sau coordoneaza rezolvarea tuturor reclamatiilor clientilor sau partenerilor de roaming
Analizeaza, evalueaza, solutioneaza sau coordoneaza rezolvarea tuturor incidentelor majore sau critice ce afecteaza disponibilitatea si calitatea serviciilor de roaming, gestioneaza actiunile referitoare la incidente si rezolvarea cazurilor critice
Dezvolta si utilizeaza instrumentele referitoare la post; elaboreaza proceduri operationale transverse
Identifica eventualele situatii de criza, coordoneaza dezvoltarea planurilor de recuperare dupa dezastru, participa la echipa de criza
Identifica problemele ce afecteaza serviciul roaming si propune actiunile pentru recuperarea lor
Ofera suport operational si informational in implementarea noilor servicii, a planurilor de imbunataire calitativa a serviciilor si in dezvoltarea scenariilor de test a serviciilor


CERINTE

MS Office;

Fluenta in limba engleza;

Abilitati de analiza a indicatorilor de performanta a calitatii si serviciilor si datelor furnizate de procesele operationale;

Cunostinte solide despre arhitectura si protocoalele de semnalizare folosite in retelele de telecomunicatii si a serviciilor de roaming.


Educatie si Experienta:

3-5 ani operare sau inginerie in domeniul telecomunicatiilor (comutatie si interconectare)

Studii universitare in telecomunicatii
