• Elaborates work orders regarding roaming & interconnection services in order for them to be implemented by the Operation & Maintenance Division;
• Administrates the test SIM cards from the external roaming partners in order to archive and use them for testing;
• Administrates the roaming/interconnection external partners’ documents (IR21, IR24, IR27, signaling/interconnection diagrams, etc.) in order to use the information from these files for testing and implementation purpose;
• Establishes the signaling/voice links correlated with the COSMOTE and external roaming/interconnection partners requests in order to ensure roaming & interconnection services;
• Schedules the roaming/interconnect tests with roaming/interconnection partners or internal departments in order to assure a proper allocation and usage of the resources (human, time, equipment, etc.);
• Performs the roaming/interconnect tests requested by external roaming partners or internal departments in order to verify the functionality of the new or existing services/platforms/applications;
• Defines, dimensions, manages and updates the Cosmote voice/signaling network regarding the interconnection with other national/international operators in order to assure a proper usage of them;
• Administrates the roaming platforms/applications in order assure their functionality at optimal parameters
• University degree (diploma in Electronic, Electro- technical; Automation and Telecommunication);
• Between 1 and 3 years’ experience represents a plus;
• Knowledge of GSM, GPRS - basic;
• Knowledge of Signaling protocols (SS7, ISDN, etc.) - basic;
• Knowledge MS Office suite – medium;
• Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX, Linux - basic;
• English language: advanced level.
